Postpartum blues is a mild emotional disorder commonly experienced by postpartum mothers due to hormonal, physical, and psychological changes following childbirth. One factor that is believed to be associated with the occurrence of postpartum blues is the husband's support, as emotional, informational, and instrumental support from the husband can help mothers adapt to their new maternal role. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between husband's support and the incidence of postpartum blues among postpartum mothers at Tlogosari Community Health Center. This study employed a correlational research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population and sample consisted of all postpartum mothers who visited Tlogosari Community Health Center during April–May 2026, totaling 42 respondents selected using the total sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were the Husband's Support Questionnaire and the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS). The results of the Chi-Square statistical test showed a p-value of 0.000 with α = 0.05. Since the significance value was less than α, H₀ was rejected and H₁ was accepted, indicating a significant relationship between husband's support and the incidence of postpartum blues among postpartum mothers at Tlogosari Community Health Center. Therefore, husbands are expected to provide optimal support to postpartum mothers in order to help prevent postpartum blues and improve maternal psychological well-being after childbirth.
